An evil-looking teacher, named Bob MacDonald, has replaced Ms. Calhoun. He is defined as a "twenty-something year old origami hater." Mr. MacDonald ended up removing all of the origami books from the library. Harvey is playing with Darth Paper, and Mr. MacDonald interrupts him and makes him stop. Harvey says another Grievous line. Mr. MacDonald takes every origami away from the kids.
Kellen starts telling every kid he knows to put their puppets away, but it's all for naught; their puppets are taken away by a new "No Origami" Rule. Lance seeks Dwight and Origami Yoda's advice, but Dwight wasn't at school. He visits Dwight and learns that Origami Yoda was taken by Harold Hummer. Dwight, uncharacteristically, doesn't particularly mind this.
Tommy and Quavando attempt to snatch the puppets while Mike and Lance distract MacDonald. Sara and Amy start shouting in the library, which leads to them getting ISS. This is all to snatch the origami.
Only problem is that Tommy and Quavondo realize that the drawer is locked. Tommy tries finding the key, but he finds a book with the key. A piece of Origami fell out of the pages of the book, which is Bobby's diary.
Bob Macdonald, in 1999, discusses how he is being bullied for having an origami Anikan Skywalker. He has a group of friends here, who have Jar Jar, Qui-Gon, and Obi-Wan. Harvey Cunningham - Harvey's dad, hopes to destroy his rebellion against "SmartKidz." They proceed to fight, and Bob loses, and the rebellion gives up. The gang confronts Bob and talks him out of hating Origami. They convice him, and Bob works with them to get Dwight's puppet back. Harold brings Origami Yoda to the Library, and Mr. MacDonald takes it away. Bob reveals he's transferring to Williams Middle School, the other Star Wars school.
There is another note from General Creasous, discussing how they've been tricked, stopped, and turned an enemy into an ally. The note closes with the ominous message that General Creasous must now deal with them himself.
